    9: Performance Q&A

    9: Performance Q&A

In this episode of the podcast I get Matt Lester back from Episode 5 to guest host the show. I really enjoyed being much more in the conversational space than preaching solo. Adds a fun element to it that makes it easier to record but also easier to listen to.
As usual, we hit the latest squad results up and discuss the preps for those events from a coaching perspective. We then go into a random question and answer piece where we discuss training load builds, mental preparation and what makes us want to endure .... plus more.
Matt Lester can be found on Instagram at @lester_endurance
    My Instagram is @hptcoachpete
In the Q&A Matt mentions a great book on mental skills by Angela Duckworth - it’s called “Grit - The Power of Passion and Perseverance"
