#45 - Rethinking your approach to tennis elbow with Val Jones

In this episode with Val Jones, we discuss the role that central sensitisation plays with a large majority of elbow pain patients. Val has over 20 years experience. She is the lead physiotherapist for shoulder and elbow conditions in Sheffield and works closely with the nationally recognised upper limb surgeons.
Want to learn more about pain around the elbow? Val Jones recently did a sensational Masterclass with us on “The elbow demystified”. You can watch her class now with our 7-day free trial: https://www.physio-network.com/masterclass/the-elbow-demystified/
