We explore this topic with our guest, Lauren Fahey the General Manager of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). Lauren talks about challenges that construction as an industry faces, including mental health issues and high suicide rates, as well as what NAWIC aims to achieve, and how being a member impacts members identity.

Complications of Identity

We explore this topic through our guest, Zac Hodge's own identity journey. Zac shares his story with us, expressing his own identity crisis, steps he took to confront his crisis and strategies that helped him through his journey. He emphasises that we all have fear and fear tells us lies, but you need to decide whether you are going to let fear control your life or whether you are going to take it back and make life yours. Five seconds of courage can make all the difference.
Zac is also writing a book, 'Come Undone'. His story of learning to love his authentic self will be released later in 2021.
