Informative & Practical

Joined the podcast as Lindsay is the official codes for the Comrades. My wife (65) and I (74) have just decided to run our first Conmrades in 2019. Have found the podcasts quite enjoyable and informative especially the interviews with runners. Look forward to getting more advice on the big race as the event draws closer.

Great resource!

I have listened to about 20 episodes and more than half of the questions are ones I could have asked. The regular comrades related questions are useful beyond the great race and Lindsey's balanced and informative comments would be a great resource from the novice to the veteran. Awesome

Brisbane Comrades runner

Lindsay is truly a leading coach in the world today. His thoughtful, experienced, science-backed answers always hit the mark. The content is applicable beyond Comrades, but his specific insights into that particular race are pure gold.

Highly recommended.
