    2025.25 Shiva Grand Final Week

    Like Nick Blakey at the GABBA, this week Shiva gave plenty of coaches the finger. Last week on the podcast we called the prelim the hardest game to win - and so it proved to be for so many of our successful coaches throughout season 2025. Shiva showed her wrath and shattered many dreams along the way. But what is left is beautiful.     2025.23 I Groin of Heeney

    The finals are here - AND so are the consolation finals and I will say this again - NO ONE is out yet. Teams in 1st, 2nd, 7th and 8th can put their feet up and scope out the competition.     What an absolute minefield of a round. Fortunes can change quickly in this game and 2 weeks out from finals a lot of coaches learned that the hard way this week.     Across 828 coaches there’ll have be some that experienced their last straw on the weekend. Another Bailey Smith late out, an unlikely sub vest, an LDU concussion, an injury.
