Guilt turned Therapy
This week's episode is all about guilt. 'Mum' guilt to be precise. I think we have all felt it at one stage in our life. It can look different for many. Maybe you feel like you aren't present enough, maybe you feel you work too much, or maybe you just struggle with the idea of leaving your kids. Whatever it may be.. YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
It is a normal emotion that comes along with motherhood & talking about it in this week's episode really opened the flood gates for Steph and obviously felt like she had a lot to get off her chest.
We hope this episode helps you feel less alone and supported.
Make sure to come and let us know what you thought & if you have any strategies or tools, you think has helped you deal with Mum guilt. -
