In acknowledgment of World Refugee Day (20th June), Dave plays music used in the 2021 animated documentary, Flee, including pieces from the score composed by Uno Helmersson and some of the pop music tracks from a-ha, Ace of Base, Roxette, and Daft Punk.

Dave is joined by special guest, Evalyn Venture – Joy Media News Broadcaster, to chat all things Hans Zimmer, starting with his earlier film score compositions from the 80s through to one of his latest pieces from the 2021 James Bond film, No Time To Die.

The late 90’s TV series Ally McBeal had some brilliant musical moments, not just from the show’s regular songstress Vonda Shepard. In this episode, Dave explores the soundtrack and discusses some of Ally’s musical manifestations.

In this episode, Dave goes on a journey through the soundtrack, playing both some tracks from the score composed by Cezary Skubiszewski as well as other tracks used in the film from artists such as Powderfinger, Crowded House, Kate Ceberano and more.
