Episode 65 - Talking all things Endometriosis with Bronte Ellen
This week I am joined by the lovely Bronte Ellen to talk all things Endometriosis. I will be honest when she first reached out to me I was hesitant as I had no clue about it and I don't think I have ever spoken about women's health this deep before. So lets just say this episode was a real eye opener for me, do you know what the pouch of Douglas is? well I do and lets just say I am a expert now haha
All jokes aside this was a very informative episode that a lot of women will be able to relate too. I would even recommend all the Males to listen as its always good to learn something new especially if you are in a relationship or looking for a partner, a girl likes someone who understands what she goes through hint hint.
If you enjoyed this episode please share it on your socials and even give me a rating/review on iTunes it really helps me to reach more people and continue growing the podcast.

Episode 64 - Transmuting shame into Ownership & Acceptance with Bek Antonucci
This week I am joined by the amazing Bek Antonucci who shares her story from being bullied in high school and being in an abusive relationship. These experiences created a distrust with both men and women which lead Bek down a path of body image issues, eating disorders, Breast surgery gone wrong and then finally her positive diagnosis of Herpes (HSV2).
Bek has been on an amazing journey to finally transmute all that shame into Ownership & Acceptance. The moral of the story is that if you neglect your inner feelings it will manifest its self into a physical form.

Episode 63 - From taking Meth daily & loosing everything to now helping others with Mark MacManus
This week I am joined by Mark MacManus who shares his drug addiction story which led to him taking meth daily, being homeless and getting cut off from his family. Until 1 night when he was smoking a pipe and had a life changing moment leading to a moment of clarity and realising that he was destroying his life and the people around him. From that night he worked extremely hard to turn his life around and gain the trust back from family and friends. Mark is now a disability worker and has recently started The Restoration Project where he plans to share his story to as many people as he can and hopefully change some life's along the way.
Once again it just goes to show that life can change at any moment. Super grateful for having Mark on the Podcast and if you are going through something similar please don't hesitate to message him or myself our inboxes are always open.
