We tip our Best & Fairest and Rising Star ahead of the W awards. We pay tribute to Peter Holden - friend of the pod - and WARF Radio's podcast which is taking a long (possibly permanent) pause, send a cheerio to Donnie Hess of Donnie's Disposals, and a shout out to Sean Elliot of the Collingwood Cheer Squad who is organising a walk from the Holden Centre to the MCG on ANZAC Day. Finally, we preview next week's episode - our last for AFLW Season 5, where we will take a deep dive into the Sydney comp.

    Get Rucked

    Get Rucked

We discuss gendered language in women's football. And why "girl up" is maybe not the best expression, and "ruck" is better than ruckman and ruckwoman. We argue both sides of the issues around expansion of the league and update our Tipping comp with a hint about the prizes available in the Coathanger Showbag. As always we share our highlights from Round 8 and check out that ladder. And by the end of the show, Fi has accepted that GWS MAY NOT make it to finals...For the best harbour views in women's footy, "Tune in to The Coathanger"
