Heading up The First Serve coverage is leading tennis commentator Brett Phillips. Brett is host of our dedicated one-hour weekly radio show, leading commentator at all the Grand Slams & Fed Cup/Davis Cup ties, on the ground at all the key tennis tournaments through the year providing tennis content via radio, podcasts, online and in print. Through the summer of tennis in Australia, Brett currently serves as Court Announcer on Rod Laver Arena at the Australian Open, and in January of 2020 served as Court Announcer for the inaugural ATP Cup in Sydney.

A deeper dive into the James Duckworth Davis Cup omission was part of this weeks show, along with special guest, 16 year old Roisin Gilheany playing on the ITF Junior tour and Shane Liyanage from Data Driven Sports Analytics, part of Team Sabalenka at the WTA Finals.
