Episode 6-Professor Alan Fish
The second of our alumni series is here. After finishing high school in 1971, Professor Alan Fish worked as a Human Resource Management professional and an academic for 45 years. He speaks to us about his time at Canterbury Boys High School, his life in academia and tips for student success. He is the patron of the school's enrichment program. The school is exceptionally proud to have an alumni and supporter of Alan's quality involved in the school.

During this very special episode of The Honourable Truth we are joined by Deputy Secretary School Performance of the NSW Department of Education Murat Dizdar. We discuss his pivotal role in the Department of Education, Education week and advice for parents to help their children succeed in schools. In our second segment, Around the Community, we talk with Canterbury Boys High School Senior Prefect, Prashant, about his involvement in Scouts NSW. In our third and final segment, Paul Langmack discusses his work in the area of mental health. He provides tips that are useful for young people and their parents

Episode 2-Helping your child to learn to read
In Episode 2 of The Honourable Truth we are joined by Canterbury Public School Principal, Tracy Considine. In this episode we discuss the importance of parents being involved in their child learning to read, including practical strategies Tracy offers that parents can use at home. In our second segment, Around the Community, we are joined by Theo Fotopolous from Earlwood Wanderers Football Club. Theo discuss the inclusive nature of Earlwood Wanderers and how parents can help junior sporting organisations. Finally in the Truth of the Matter, regular guest Zoe Warwick discusses the different types of physical activity and their importance.

We discuss tips, tricks and strategies that parents can use when selecting the right high school for their child. In our second segment, Around the Community we are joined by George and Kane from the St George Dragons Junior Rugby League Club. George and Kane discuss the benefits of involvement in sport and demystify some of the barriers. In this episode's Truth of the Matter, Zoe Warwick discuss the benefits of sleep and the importance of sleep hygiene.
