I have learnt so much from them - im sharing them around asking others to listen to ones that I feel relate to their issues. I have had three rotator cuff surgeries last 5 years removing inflammation and healing the gut I have now done all this solo with the help and learning that you guys offer and the guests you have. I often listen take notes research more add more to my diet now a clean food plan. I have done green smoothies for years but now add so much more into them for healing. I eat for healing and wellbeing. I have the best husband who also is happy to listen to my Ultimate health podcasts and also eat the way I do now. We have removed meat and chicken from our food plans and have managed so much more we feel amazing. We are glowing. We live the #laptoplifestyle in our business so many times we are hanging out by the ocean. Im doing this right now from a northern beach in Queensland.
