The Journey Back

Alicia Journey

The Journey Back is a show dedicated to rediscovering who we were before we were taught that it wasn’t okay to be who we truly were. We talk about the truth of where pain, suffering, emotional, mental and spiritual illness really comes from and where we can reclaim our authentic selves by giving ourselves permission to live in alignment with what we were put on this planet to do in the way we were meant to do it. Alicia Journey is an attorney and a burnout and resiliency expert working with high powered professionals and has personally walked this journey as a high-powered attorney herself.

Where we talk about the truth of where pain, suffering, emotional, mental and spiritual illness really come from and where we reclaim our authentic selves by giving ourselves permission to live in alignment with what we were put on this planet to do in the way we were meant to do it. My name is Alicia Journey and I am an attorney and a burnout and resiliency expert working with high powered professionals. I have personally walked this journey as a high powered attorney myself who lived my life for everyone else until it nearly cost me my own life in 2013 when I went through two bell's palsy strokes, temporary paralysis, severe depression, panic attacks, uterine cancer and a near death experience. Since then I’ve been walking The Journey Back to me. It hasn’t been easy but it has been worth it! I am here to share my story, lessons, and my expertise with you and I will also be having on guests who will share their expertise to guide you on your own journey back to you. This is part 2 of 4 on Intuition. In this episode we talk about developing your relationship with yourself and in that process you develop a relationship with your intuition. We talk about putting yourself as the priority and the life long journey of developing this relationship with self and your intuition and its relationship overall to burnout and resiliency.
