This story is so clever I’ve listened to it three times, once a year. I’ll probably listen to it a bunch more times too. Absolutely riveting.

I really enjoyed the storyline. It took me in and out of the reality! My 2nd QCode series. Well done!

This podcast clearly has a fantastic team behind it. Wonderful voice acting, the sound production is incredible and an amazing story. However, the last three episodes have moments that are completely incomprehensible! A quick google shows that I am not alone in this thinking. I literally had no idea what was going on- It was maddening. Luckily the story was originally posted on Reddit and so I was able to fill in the gaps. I stopped listening halfway through the last episode and I’m glad I did as I cringe to think how they would have handled the ending. I’m genuinely sorry that this show ended up on such a sour note for me. The first few episodes were a total dream!

I came across this story years ago on r/nosleep and I loved it then, just as I love it now. Only issue is that they turned Alice from Indian to American-Caribbean! Seems like a random and unnecessary race change?

This is a fantastic production The best dramatic podcasts (We’re Alive , Leviathan) suffer from some from performances that are really over the top. This is much better - all the actors are much more understated and the world is realistic and super creepy. Love it.

The polished immersive sonos soundscape is the perfect accompaniment that truly completes the listening experience. The story begins with journalist Alice Sharman , intrigued by the paranormal & fuelled by an adventurous nature that sends her to the USA. We join Alice and a convoy of thrill seeking cohorts led by Rob Guthard. A natural leader but one that may have withheld his motives and the true dangers that can occur. Together this band of intrepid supernatural explorers embark into the unknown. Armed only with their skills, talents & instincts they circumnavigate the unexpected and that which defies the laws of physics on this left right game. The Road has a strange effect upon those who travel it. Quickly embroiled in their suspense filled escapades , we witness their attempts to evade hazards as they embrace the bizarre challenging and sometimes unexplainable circumstances that confront them. We also join Tom, an old friend of Alice’s as he becomes obsessed with tracking her down. The underpinning theme of chance & fate is explored and threaded throughout are mysteries waiting to be unravelled. You are left on the edge of your seat ( or on the right ) , eagerly anticipating what happens next. The QCode team have produced yet another work of excellence. This is a high calibre production with a captivating storyline. The talented performers bring each character & their complex set of foibles & métier vividly to life. The Sonos enhanced listening experience is quite extraordinary. The perfect opportunity to make episode 11 a summary or plant the seeds for a new direction.

Excellent story, twists and turns, immersive audio! At the end of each episode I was looking forward to the next. The ending was a little confusing for me.

Well written, Intriguing and very entertaining but lacking too many visual explanations, making listeners confused with what really is going on in the story.
