On this week's episode i sat down with Elise Carr. Elise works by combining the science of the Ageless Wisdom, spiritual, psychological and practical modern knowledge with Soul guidance, love and unwavering dedication.

We originally met through a friend and it wasn't until i was glassed by a male in a bar that Elise reached out and thought it would be nice to chat about how men and or women could/should communicate with themselves and others in their lives.

Mindful Man Project Episode 7 - Phil Kayumba

Mindful Man Project Episode 7 - Phil Kayumba

Phil Kayumba, one of the best humans i have ever had the privilege to sit down and connect with.

Phil's story is inspiring, harrowing, and almost indescribable. Growing up as a displaced refugee, Phil spent much of his childhood away at boarding schools and elite soccer camps. An effort by his parents to shelter him from the war and bloodshed in his home country.

After fleeing Rwanda into Uganda, eventually making his way to Australia. Phil takes up studying in Melbourne to only have his visa, passport and home citizenship torn up as the president cancelled all of his families papers in an effort to get back at Phil's father.

While all this is happening, Phil is informed he is going to be a father. His reaction and stoic view on the situation is inspiring and should be a lesson to any young man out there that gets a woman pregnant.

To say Phil has had his fair share of ups and downs is a gross understatement. The man you hear today is a guy who has been moulded by every encounter and experience along the way. So many times he could have ended his own life and just given up.

If you'd like to connect with Phil he can be reached at

Mindful Man Project Episode 6 - Kyle Emley

Mindful Man Project Episode 6 - Kyle Emley

On this week's episode I talk with Kyle Emley.

Kyle is a high school teacher, football captain and coach.

He is a guy who is really setting out to break down the stigma of the men in the locker room not being able to talk about their feelings.

Also he regularly finds himself holding space for students to find better ways to communicate with their peers and inner circle.

We chat about his past battles with bullying in school and also his own life's challenges, like trying to balance footy, family, a gf and his school career.

Mindful Man Project Episode 5 - Julze Serendipity

Mindful Man Project Episode 5 - Julze Serendipity

On this weeks episode I talk to Julze Serendipity the co-creator of Teelixir tonic herbs.

This chat is an interesting one. Julze has such an epic story and journey from scrapping for food and doing the weekly market stall rounds, selling his Serendipity superfoods. To a guy who now has product in almost every health and whole foods stores.

We talk about where he came from, living on the streets, living on the dole, and pleading with centrelink to give him time to time to get his NEIS program off the ground.

After many set backs, he and his business partner Dan finally get that turning point at a health and wellness show. This point is when they began to see the benefits of all the hard work.

Julze spent so many days reading The greatest salesman in the world - Og Mandino. He definitely lives and loves this book. It’ll be one i’m adding to my reading list.

His 3 points that you as the listener can implement into your life are amazing.

    Julze’s company is called Teelixir

You can find any of their products here

    www.teelixir.com
