Customer Reviews
calming & helpful
I’m only halfway through my pregnancy but I’m already feeling the pressure & anxiety that comes with feeling you know too much, & yet not enough (coupled of course with the anxiety of sifting through allll the advice you receive, solicited or not!)
This podcast (& The Bump Class book) have made me feel so much calmer, & more prepared - not just for pregnancy, but actual motherhood.
Thank you Marina & Dr Chiara. I am so thankful I found you!
