Today I don't have a quest, only me myself and I.

Now despite setbacks like battling glandular fever and taking two months off from my Ironman training, I am refusing to succumb to a victim mindset. Instead, I want to emphasise the importance of resilience and having a proactive response when plans go awry. I want to highlight the value of adapting to new challenges without dwelling on past setbacks. I also want to advocate for a proactive approach, urging you all to rise from adversity and embrace the journey ahead. I hope my story serves as a testament to the power of determination and resilience in pursuing our goals, no matter the obstacles or challenges ahead.

Give This A Listen!

The Podcast Host doesn’t just talk the talk, though he does do that well.
He actually walks the walk… and then some.
He lives up to his tattoo’s - check out episode: ‘How to keep the fire alive and longevity is key’.

Running Deep is a treasure trove of down-to-earth, real human stories. Stories of suffering, how to overcome it mindfully, and of lasting triumph.

We all have our own story. It’s hard to imagine that anyone can’t learn something useful from listening to some of these.
