The 4 Levels of Money: From Tithing to Dominion | Seeding Greatness Podcast with Tony Bradshaw

What if the biggest limitation to your finances isn’t your income, but the mindset by which you approach it? Most people spend their lives learning how to survive. They learn how to budget, crunch numbers, get out of debt, and make wise financial decisions and those things matter. But few ever learn how to steward money with purpose… and even fewer step into dominion. In this episode of the Seeding Greatness Podcast, Darryll Stinson sits down with entrepreneur, author, former Ramsey Solutions executive, and business strategist Tony Bradshaw for a deep conversation on money, faith, leadership, purpose, and the future of wealth. Tony helped build Dave Ramsey’s organization from 33 employees and approximately $3 million in annual revenue to more than 550 employees and $125 million, serving in executive leadership roles that helped shape one of the most influential personal finance companies in America. After spending more than fifteen years helping millions of people escape debt and build financial discipline, Tony found himself on a different journey — one where God began revealing that financial freedom was only the beginning. Together, we explore what happens after scarcity. What does it look like to move into abundance? What does it mean to give your money purpose? And what does true financial dominion actually look like? This conversation stretches far beyond budgeting and investing. We explore identity, stewardship, leadership development, entrepreneurship, education, legacy, generosity, and the calling God places on our lives. Whether you’re a founder, executive, investor, educator, parent, ministry leader, or someone simply trying to steward what God has entrusted to you, this episode will challenge how you think about money, wealth, and why both exist in the first place. In this episode, we explore: 1. The Four Levels of Money: From Tithing to Dominion Tony introduces a framework that completely reframes how we think about wealth. We unpack why most people stop at financial discipline, while very few discover purpose, and even fewer ever step into dominion. 2. What it was really like helping build Dave Ramsey Tony shares what he learned during fifteen years inside Ramsey Solutions, including how Dave built culture, developed leaders, scaled teams, and grew one of America’s most influential financial education companies. 3. Why financial literacy is failing the next generation Should financial education begin in kindergarten? Tony makes a compelling case for why schools should teach entrepreneurship, investing, stewardship, and wealth creation long before students enter adulthood. 4. Why generosity transforms the heart Tony shares how God continually stretched his faith through generosity, teaching him that stewardship begins when money no longer controls you. 5. Leadership, identity, and lifelong growth We discuss imposter syndrome, developing leaders, continuous learning, and why the greatest investment you’ll ever make is in becoming the person your calling requires. 6. The future of money, AI, entrepreneurship, and wealth Tony shares his perspective on cryptocurrency, AI, digital currencies, investing, and how leaders can prepare for the next decade of opportunity and disruption.

The Era Of Human Connection | Jim Morris | Seeding Greatness Podcast

In this episode of the Seeding Greatness Podcast, I sit down with my friend, TEDx speaker, entrepreneur, podcast host, and “The Human Connection Guy,” Jim Morris, for one of the most timely conversations we’ve had on this show. Jim has spent years studying, teaching, and living the power of human connection long before it became a trending topic. But what makes this conversation different is that it isn’t theory. It’s lived experience. From watching addiction destroy the stability of his family, moving eighteen times before the age of eighteen, almost missing college because he was just $5,000 short, climbing from an entry-level employee to leading one of the highest-performing corporate teams on the East Coast, and eventually discovering that success isn’t built alone Jim’s story reminds us that every breakthrough in life begins with people. Together, we explore why connection isn’t simply a “soft skill.” It’s the foundation of leadership, culture, business growth, healing, innovation, and purpose. Then the conversation takes an unexpected turn. We wrestle with artificial intelligence. As AI becomes more powerful, something else becomes exponentially more valuable: Authentic humanity. If you’re a founder, executive, entrepreneur, coach, speaker, educator, ministry leader, or someone who wants to build a meaningful life in a rapidly changing world, this episode will challenge the way you think about leadership, technology, relationships, and your own unique voice. Some of my favorite moments from this episode: 1. Who’s Your Steve? Jim shares the story behind one of his most powerful questions: Who’s the person standing in your corner when you feel like giving up? We discuss why greatness is rarely built alone and why every leader needs someone who believes in their potential before the world does. 2. The Man in the Mirror Jim shared the painful realization that changed his life: looking in the mirror and recognizing he wasn’t living up to who he was created to become. We unpack why so many people avoid self-confrontation and why healing always begins within. 3. The Era of Human Connection While everyone else is talking about artificial intelligence, we explore why this may actually become the greatest era for authentic human connection. As technology becomes easier to imitate, authenticity becomes harder to replace. 4. Leadership, Culture & Belonging Whether you’re building a company, leading a team, raising a family, or serving a community, we discuss why people don’t run through walls because of policies—they run through walls because they feel seen, valued, and connected. About the Seeding Greatness Podcast The Seeding Greatness Podcast exists to cultivate conversations that help leaders grow from the inside out. Every episode explores the intersection of leadership, communication, entrepreneurship, faith, mental health, and purpose through honest conversations with people who are living what they teach. Our goal isn’t simply to inspire you. It’s to help you steward your gifts, strengthen your relationships, and multiply your impact in the world.

What AI Can’t Replace: Human Storytelling, Critical Thinking, and Creative Leadership | Stacy Scarsella | Seeding Greatness Podcast

AI is changing everything. Jobs. Education. Creativity. Production. Trust. But the deeper question is not just what AI will replace. It is what humans must recover. This episode is for the entrepreneur, executive, creative, producer, team leader, or future-focused professional trying to understand what still matters in an AI-driven world. Because as tools get smarter, the human side of storytelling, critical thinking, creativity, and connection become even more valuable. In this conversation, Darryll Stinson sits down with Stacy Scarsella — producer, founder, speaker, and bridge-builder between the corporate world, the creative world, and the rapidly shifting future of work. Together, they unpack AI disruption, storytelling, human superpower, critical thinking, in-person connection, and what it means to think like an experienced producer in a time when many people are overwhelmed by change.  This is not a fear-based conversation. It is a clarity conversation. It is a human conversation. And it is one of the most important conversations leaders, creatives, and organizations need right now. Top 5 richest moments from this episode 1. The human side of storytelling is still the edge. One of the first major sparks in this episode came when Stacy talked about the *human side of storytelling* and the power of *extremely creative storytellers*. That hit hard, because while systems, tools, and workflows are changing fast, the stories only humans can tell — from lived experience, pain, creativity, and soul — still matter deeply.  2. AI is creating urgency around authentic creative work. Darryll shares that AI has made him more urgent about his creative work — like he needs to get it out into the world before the noise gets too loud and before deepfakes and imitation distort the integrity of voice. Stacy responds by saying that while we cannot control everything, truly authentic stories still carry a signal people can feel. 3. Job titles may disappear, but human skill sets will migrate. Instead of speaking in vague generalities, Stacy breaks down specific examples of jobs changing in production, logistics, photography, and creative work. The insight is powerful: the title may change, but the deeper skill set can still have massive value if people are open enough to evolve. 4. Human superpower is not hype — it is practical. One of the strongest sections of the conversation is Stacy’s framework for helping people find their human superpower. She explains that at the intersection of what you are naturally good at and what you genuinely enjoy is often where your superpower lives. Darryll connects that to Seeding Greatness and the call for people to become their best, not just chase being the best. 5. Thinking like an experienced producer may be one of the most important mindsets of the future. This became one of the biggest takeaways of the episode. Stacy explains that experienced producers are constantly solving problems, running multiple scenarios in their minds, staying calm under pressure, and finding a path forward with whatever tools are available. Darryll reframes that as creative problem solving, critical thinking, and a deeply human way of navigating complexity that leaders and teams need right now.  If this episode challenged you, helped you think, or gave language to something you’ve been feeling about AI, work, creativity, leadership, or the future, make sure you like, comment, subscribe, and share it with someone who needs it. And after you watch, drop a comment:What is the human superpower you think the world needs most right now?

Move with Urgency, Wisdom from a 78-year old leader | Joseph Amanfu | Seeding Greatness Podcast

Some people are not running out of life. They are running out of excuses. This episode of The Seeding Greatness Podcast with Joseph Amanfu hit me deeply, because this is not just a conversation about communication. This is a conversation about urgency, value, identity, self-awareness, legacy, and the lies people believe that keep them from fully stepping into what they carry. Joseph is 78 years old. He has spent more than 40 years in IT, 25 years in project management, led across multiple countries, and is still moving like a man who knows he has an assignment on his life. At one of our Seeding Greatness events, he said something that marked me. He said chronologically he has the least amount of time in the room, and because of that he is moving with urgency. That thing sat on me. It was not sad. It was not fear. It was purpose. It was a wake-up call. Stop drifting. Stop stalling. Get to work. That is the spirit of this whole episode. We talked about communication, yes. But deeper than that, we talked about what happens when a person starts to really understand themselves, understand others, and stop living under false images and inherited beliefs. Because if you do not know yourself, you will keep miscommunicating, mispricing, misjudging, and misunderstanding in room after room after room. 4 rich moments from this episode: 1. Urgency is a gift if you let it wake you up. Joseph is not in the last chapter of his life acting like it is over. He is acting like there is still more in him that has to come out. That challenged me. A lot of people with more time are moving with less urgency than a man with less time. That should say something to all of us. 2. Better communication starts with better self-awareness. Joseph is not using DISC as some cute personality test. He is using it to help leaders and teams understand themselves and one another so they judge less, communicate better, collaborate better, and get better results. That is real value. When people know one another and understand one another, everything starts changing. 3. False images create real bondage. When Joseph started talking about his book, The Other Image of Africa, something in me woke up. Because this is not just about Africa. This is about image. This is about what people have been taught to believe. This is about how false narratives get planted in people’s minds and then start shaping confidence, worth, possibility, and behavior. We went there in this episode, and it was powerful. 4. Too many gifted people still do not fully value what they carry. Joseph was honest. He has spent years coaching, teaching, training, and adding value without charging. And what hit me is that this is not just a business issue. It is a value issue. Because if people do not truly believe what they carry has value, they will keep giving away what should be invested in. And that has consequences for impact, stewardship, and legacy. And one of the biggest things that came up for me in this conversation is this: some of the beliefs people call their own are not even theirs. They inherited them. They absorbed them. They got conditioned into them. And until they challenge those beliefs, they will keep living under them. This episode is for leaders, executives, coaches, communicators, entrepreneurs, project managers, team builders, and anybody who knows there is more in them but also knows there may still be something internal affecting how they lead, connect, charge, collaborate, and show up. Connect with Joseph Website: seedwordcommunications.com If this episode hits you, do not just watch it. Sit with it. Share it. Send it to somebody who needs it.And after you watch, drop a comment:What belief are you still carrying that is affecting how you communicate, lead, price, or see yourself?

Yo! If you know you have calling on your life and you know it’s HARD out here, this is one of those episodes you’re going to want to watch over and over again when you need it. Kevin Parker, interventionist, recovery expert, and speaker, absolutely shut the house down on this podcast. He was read his last rites and told he wouldn't live another day, his best friend searched his pockets for money and drugs, he’d burned almost every bridge. But God! By the grace of God and Kevin’s sheer will to live after overdosing, dying three times, spending four months in a coma, losing his leg, battling multi-organ failure, surviving sepsis, gangrene, and double pneumonia, and waking up with a completely different life and a completely different purpose. If you know someone in recovery or passionate about that work - call Kevin Parker. He broke down so many of the myths and loopholes in recovery. And at the end of the day, he shared his heart to help all people win in every situation despite their odds. Kevin shares why addiction is never the real problem, how families unknowingly enable destructive patterns, what true recovery actually requires, and why God can redeem even our darkest moments. Whether you're fighting addiction yourself, love someone who is, lead people through crisis, or simply need hope today, this conversation will leave you believing that no story is too broken for redemption. In this episode you'll learn: Why addiction is rarely the root problemThe difference between physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual addictionHow families unintentionally enable the cycle of addiction they're trying to stopWhy most recovery programs failThe mindset required to rebuild after unimaginable lossHow God can transform pain into purposeWhat resilience really looks like Top 5 Moments 1. Doctors Read His Last Rites (49:30–55:00) Kevin shares the moment doctors told his family there was virtually no hope. His heart stopped three times, he developed multi-organ failure, and everyone prepared to say goodbye. Then everything changed. 2. "My Best Friend Checked My Pockets" (48:15–50:30) One of the most heartbreaking moments of the episode. While Kevin lay dying from an overdose, his best friend searched his pockets for drugs and money. It perfectly captures how addiction steals humanity from everyone involved. 3. Addiction Was Never The Problem (18:20–27:40) Kevin completely reframes addiction by explaining why drugs aren't the root issue. This perspective gives families hope and offers a completely different way to approach recovery. 4. Learning To Walk Again (59:00–1:03:00) After losing his leg and being told he'd need two years just to walk, Kevin returned two weeks later walking unassisted. This is resilience in its purest form. 5.
