    Crazy State Laws

    This week Jacki and Tess take a deep dive into some of the craziest state laws still in effect today. Give this episode a listen to find out which states these laws belong to, depending on which state you live you in you may be a criminal and not even know it! We may be living in the 21st century but quite a few states are still living in the past... While fornicating, cussing, and dancing to the Star Spangled Banner can get you fined or arrested, marrying your first cousin is perfectly legal in multiple states! Other laws mentioned in this episode that can get you fined or jailed include: being an alcoholic, whistling, sleeping in cheese factories, bear wrestling (lots of bear laws actually), bringing rockets to city counsel meetings, snoring, road rage, owning an encyclopedia, sending surprise pizzas, having more than one illegitimate child, sandwich limits at funerals, having sex in the front seat of your taxi, calling bachelors "master" not mister (no thank you!), and so many more!     Wholesome News Stories

    With all the sad and depressing news we all watch and read about on a daily basis we decided it's time for wholesome and uplifting news stories for a change! This week Jacki and Tess discuss some of the most wholesome stories they've read: A group of 100 street performers in New York City surprise random unsuspecting people with flash mobs! An Australian man/hero who saved hundreds of lives by talking them off cliffs edge, and giving them another chance at life. 5th grade girl raises $30,000 to help elderly in need, and starts an international youth run company dedicated to helping the elderly. College student raises $100,000 for his Uber driver who is battling terminal cancer so his daughter and grandchildren won’t lose their home when he passes away. Mom throws a gender reveal party for her son after he comes out as transgender. 90 year old man finally chooses to come out as gay after decades of hiding his true identity and promises live his best “Larry life”.     Parenting Fails

    Want to feel better about your parenting skills, or your parents when you were growing up, then give this episode a listen!  This week Jacki and Tess discuss parenting fails that will have you asking yourself, how could that have possibly happened in real life!? Parents who accidentally sent their kids to school with items that should never go in a child's lunch box, like a hand gun, beer, N/A vodka, and a 4 Loko. Dads naming their daughters after mistresses, crushes, and in one case a random lady he read about in the paper that was murdered. A teenage daughter discovers dad with another woman, tells her mother who lied about their open relationship and let her daughter and siblings think that their dad is a cheater, so dad reacts in his own way when he finds out what his wife did. A 14 year old's mom goes full "Karen" and threatens to get a brand new Walmart shut down after lane closure meltdown, leaving her daughter mortified. Coupon "Karen" calls cops on a cashier when her fake coupons won't work and threatens the cashier to “meet her in the parking lot after work”. Dad trolls daughter in the most wholesome way on social media, and racks up 2x as many followers as his daughter. A mom ties her kid to clothing rack WITH A LEASH so she could shop alone. Helicopter mom goes with 17 year old daughter EVERYWHERE, to parties, school events, won’t let her watch pg13 movies, and even goes as far to bully her daughter's friends for having fun while shadowing her poor daughter. A poor mom tells the story of when her kid stuck a pad to the back of her pants and she didn’t notice until she got home later that day...
