Turn Up the Talk is a podcast hosted by 3 young Aussie blokes who are having open and honest chats with athletes and thought leaders in their respective communities.
Through sharing stories about their own lives and speaking about uncomfortable topics in an open and easy manner, we aim to send a positive message to anyone going through mental health battles of their own and that even society’s role models face these challenges.
The podcast includes tips on how to improve your mental health through lifestyle changes and benefit yourself.

Darragh goes into great depths into his own experiences with mental illness and what lead him to change careers into an empowerment coach. Darragh speaks about the lifestyle he was living in order to 'mask' the pain from friends and family and how this along with missing home provoked negative thoughts about himself.
He speaks of how his life changed for the better when he faced his fears and reached out for help and support.
Darragh speaks of how finding his purpose has given him huge motivation and the importance of self belief. We dive into the @notoriousMMA and @cowboycerrone fight and Darragh touches on growing up with Conor McGregor and the self belief he always had.
