Sadly, Ash is no closer to find a home for his family but fear not - the search will continue. At least they had pyjama week at daycare so it wasn't all bad for Ash. Oscar had a great week as he was allowed a minute in the bathroom to say as many swearwords as possible in a minute without getting in trouble.. yes, we have the audio.
Matt's been feeling queasy all week - might be the kids gastro from the kids, the 4 hrs sleep he gets a night or the triple shot coffee he has every morning or all of the above. Between house inspections Ash decided to take Matt to URBNSURF (wave pool) so he can resurrect his surfing career. It ended with Matt smashing his board, severe cramp and a very bruised ego.

Matt's been sick as a dog and both girls have had gastro so it's been a bloody nightmare of a week for the Johnson's. Only problem is, Laura has the new Covid tests that also test for every type of flu under the soon. Guess what Matt tested positive for?? Not telling... listen to the ep !

Matt has survived a total of 10 days with Laura oversees for work (please give him a collective round of applause). It's not been without its challenges - atrocious weather, illnesses, attacks from wild animals.The fact that he's made it through this period with the family unscathed is testament to the fact that he's such a great dad ! (Yes, it's Matt writing this).
Ash is at his wits ends due to the fact that his kids refuse to eat the absolute garbage he cooks them (look at our socials for visual evidence). Gordon Ramsey would have an aneurysm if he saw what gets served in the Wicks household. Oscar also won an award at footy so our sponsorship of their team is already paying off.

What a bloody week - Matt had a nightmare of a flight with both girls when a passenger (who was off his head) threatened to break his nose. Next thing the cops were on the flight and the other passenger was escorted off the plane. WE KID YOU NOT!
While Matt is making enemies, Ash is making friends at the local library during Rhyme Time! Meanwhile, the Wicks household is getting emotional and nostalgic about preparing little Oscar for kindy (primary school) next year. I just happens to be the same school Ash went to as a youngster.
