My Favourite Podcast

Lee Tran Lam should be the case study for so many current and aspiring podcast hosts. They could learn a lot from you! Your podcast forms a brilliant representation of Australian cuisine and the aim of highlighting Australian food culture is clear and well executed. You manage to get such a diverse range of guests on the podcast. You research each guest’s background so well and it just makes listening so much more interesting. You let the guests finish every thought without interrupting. It’s so hard to be engaged in a guest’s train of thought only for it to be interrupted by the host. This is definitely my all-time favourite podcast. I look forward to many more episodes.
