Understanding the Assignment, Part 2

As educators, how do we respond in the wake of challenges and cruelty, in such a way that we uphold our values, maintain our reputations and truly demonstrate what it means to understand the assignment? In this episode, we will explore how to extend grace and reflect humility when others are not so kind. The teachable moment for us as educators and leaders is to understand the assignment by serving up kindness even when it’s not extend to us.
