Understanding the Assignment, Part I

The Teachable Moment: When we understand the assignments for our lives, it helps us to stay focused and committed to our heart and values. When times get hard, and they will over the course of an educator's career, by finding our tribe and support system, we can keep your fire burning and stay lit. There are many distractions that will try to take you off of your assignment, but don’t quit and don't give up too soon; stay on your assignment. You are equipped to fulfill and accomplish your assignment to make a powerful, positive difference.
