What “I” think about that.

When it comes to powerlifting content Will and Alex are lathering it on in eloquent fashion. Will presents information with a decorous vernacular that truly embodies his respect for his audience. His careful constructed witticisms allows the audience to learn and laugh at the same time. Will is even generous enough to bring his intern Alex Hayes on the podcast too talk in more simplistic terms. Which I’m sure the bros really appreciate.

The pair masterfully breakdown the nuances of all things powerlifting. With an intricate balance of scientific evidence, anecdotes and personal experience. Easily one of the best powerlifting podcasts to date. #whatdoyouthinkaboutthat?

Well worth a listen

These two blokes clearly have lots of good ideas and knowledge on how to get weak people stronger. Add to that some fun Aussie banter and you've got yourself a podcast that usually contains some lifting related knowledge bombs as well as some giggle worthy moments.

For a fun drinking game, have a shot every time Will asks 'Do you agree, Alex?' (or words to that effect).

Thanks for your efforts fellas. It's good to hear a uniquely Australian perspective on all this stuff.

Definitely not enough gym doggo content.
