Great podcasts!

Great podcast guys, binged every ep over the past 6 months doing cardio ! Great banter between Alex and Will and very informative, I’ve learnt a lot about programming and coaching through weekly weights! Very lucky to have had my qs answered on the pod! Cheers guys 🤙🏼🤙🏼🍻
