    142. Grounding: The Body, Electrons & Our Dialogue With the Earth

What if grounding isn’t a wellness trend or health hack — but a physiological relationship your body has always known how to participate in? In this episode, we explore grounding not as a stress-relief practice, but as a living, electrical dialogue between your body and the Earth. We unpack what’s actually happening inside your physiology when your bare skin touches the ground — and why your blood, nervous system and immune system are all designed to be in relationship with the living planet beneath your feet. This is a conversation about electrons and inflammation, blood flow, nervous system regulation and eco-somatic intelligence — all woven through the remembering that your body is not separate from the Earth, but shaped by her. Inside this episode, we explore: • Why the body is electrical — not just chemical • How grounding supports inflammation regulation and immune balance • The role of electrons in neutralising free radicals • How grounding impacts blood flow, circulation, and oxygen delivery • The nervous system’s relationship with electrical fields • How modern life disrupts our natural exchange with the Earth • The body’s deep memory of soil, water, and the natural world • Simple, embodied ways to weave grounding into everyday life This episode is an invitation to remember your body as ecological, conductive, and relational being — already in conversation with the living world. 141. Womb Oracle Dreaming: Feminine Dreamwork with the Land, Body & Soul with Stella Porta

What if your dreams were not something happening to you — but something dreaming through you? What if the womb, the dream realm and the Earth were one interconnected continuous oracle… and you are part of it? This conversation is an invitation into that re-membering. I’m joined by Stella Porta — dream educator, visual alchemist, and creator of Honeywomb. Stella’s work serves as the living archive of feminine gnosis. Through dreamwork and myth, she helps women reclaim the ancient symbols that once shaped culture - from the bee, the serpent and the wolf. Her teachings are rooted in the body’s wisdom and the ancestral memory that awakens the lineages of the Great Mother. She teaches that our dreams are oracles — living maps that guide us toward the life our soul longs to create. In this episode we explore: The relationship between the womb and oracular practice, and how the womb has always been an embodied gateway into the wyrd, the collective web of knowing. How dreamwork leads us into direct communion with an animate world, where everything is alive, conscious and speaking. The difference between trying to “get” something from dreams vs. living as part of the dreaming world itself. What it means to be a Dream of the Earth — and how the land and more-than-human beings may also be dreaming with us.The shift in perception that comes when we realise we are not separate from the intelligence of life, but expressions of it.Stella shares beautiful examples of dream and land communication that will genuinely give you goosebumps.Dream hygiene and practical advice to enter into dreamworkThe oracular womb practice of Womb Sipping and its connection to the beesIntuition within the context of dreaming and beyond The remembering of the lineages of the Great Mother within the collective, why the feminine was silenced under patriarchy, and how the re-membering is rising nowThis is a delectable, meandering, soul-stirring conversation that asks you not just to see dreaming differently — but to set aside everything you think a dream is. Together we look through a different lens. A world that is alive.A world that is conscious.A world that is endlessly weaving — through you, with you, as you. 139. Woven by Earth + Womb Wisdom with Emma Robles

Have you felt that quiet pull to root deeper — into the land beneath you and the wisdom within you? Today I’m joined by the beautiful Emma Robles, whose work weaves earth wisdom and womb connection into the most nourishing tapestry.  Emma is a clinical nutritionist and herbalist with her masters of science degree in using food as medicine. She is a poet and a passionate devotee of cyclical living. She helps women learn how to live in tune with their bodies, while using food, herbs, and art as medicine.  Together, we explore the places where the earth and the womb meet — and how returning to one so often draws us home to the other. In this episode we explore: Emma’s journey and relationship with the earth — including how her experience with a severe eating disorder was inextricably linked to her coming home to her womb. The way the earth holds us, and how we can deepen our connection to the land we actually live on rather than longing for somewhere else. How Emma’s relationship with the earth informs her relationship to her womb (and vice versa), plus gentle pathways to begin aligning with your own cyclical rhythms and gifts.Emma’s beautiful wave analogy for understanding the menstrual cycle — especially the potency she sees in the energy of the luteal phase.A nourishing conversation on herbs, and practical ways to support and tend to the womb and hormones. How each phase of the menstrual cycle aligns with the Traditional Chinese Medicine elements of Metal, Earth, Fire, Air, and Water — a framework that left me deeply inspired and eager to explore more. This episode is a weaving — earth, body, rhythm, medicine, remembrance.May you feel held inside it.
