    Creating a Space for Flourishing, Healing, Connection with Jonathan Dean

    In this episode I talk to Jonathan Dean (JD), writer, farmer, communitarian. He embodies this mentality and way of being of "I don't know, but I'm curious. I have questions. I want to ask". It's one of the many things I believe he is wellthy AF in- following his curiosity, which informs his creative process. We talk about how Community is the answer, and his journey to that belief, and how he's actively creating that through wisdom, wellness and ecology.     Transforming yourself with Integrity over Fear as your compass

    I met Jay Prewitt-Cruz (he/they) through a friend of a friend and we have had deep conversations since our first encounter. Things I have never talked about before with most people. In this episode we talk about so many different areas of wellness and well-being: spiritual, professional, and emotional- especially through his experience of his different intersectional identities.     Evolving beyond Rules and Expectations

    In this episode, I talk to Mimi Truong, someone who was one of the first people I met when I started my spiritual journey back in 2017. I'm excited to share her perspective about how we met and her approach to wellness, well-being, wealth through her lens of a Vietnamese woman who grew up in Canada, who now lives and works in the United States. We talk about anything from how her life has changed from one of needing approval to being free to choose, to how reflection happens in relationship to something/someone outside of you.
