I’m a psychologist and work with children with anxiety. I’m pretty well informed but I still find I learn something new from each interview. I also recommend some of the podcasts to parents to help them understand their child’s experience, to relieve them of some of the guilt and shame that they may experience, and to give them new ideas and strategies for helping their child. Many people don’t read and find it easier to learn by listening.
What solutions?

As a mother with a 5 year old with anxiety I have found nothing on here that reflects the title of this podcast. It is also biased to mostly talking about teenagers. I’ve listened to it a year and still give up 15 mins into each podcast, there is no real examples of children’s behaviour there is no advice. If you want to know the names of books clinical psychologists have written this is the podcast for you but I’m not bothering anymore.
