We break down XP Hero by Supercent: an idle RPG built on the same Alien Invasion core as Butcher Hero, but with far better onboarding and vastly more ads. They walk the deep feature set (a growing hero, monetized cargo capacity and return tickets, boss raids that force you to upgrade a whole team, Legend of Slime-style blessings, gacha chests from the Habby template, a PvP intrusion system, an endless tower, and map-spawning chests), the ad monetization (Felix's counted 47 rewarded placements, an interstitial on a 60-90 second cooldown tied to rewarded views, 53% ad revenue versus Butcher Hero's 32%, landing ~$85K/day in ads on possibly-undercounted DAU — so plausibly $200K and maybe $400K/day total), Then the UA masterclass: Supercent runs a fake-out "no ads / idle lumber / tower-defense" playable that has nothing to do with the game, This is genius, not lazy, because 4X originally stole those concepts from idle RPGs - so Supercent, having finally built the actual idle RPG everyone's been imitating, is just stealing it back. ~1,300 creatives in three days (700 new), heavy AI, AppLovin + Mintegral led, all channels running. ⏱️ TIMESTAMPS 00:00 XP Hero — Butcher Hero with better onboarding (and way more ads) 04:00 The monetized-cargo mechanic and forced backtracking 06:00 The interstitial-every-60-seconds cooldown trick 08:10 The deep feature set — boss raids, blessings, gacha, tower 14:00 47 rewarded placements — Felix reads the whole list 18:45 The numbers — 53% ad revenue, ~$200-400K/day 22:45 The "no ads" lie and the fake-out playable 27:00 Stealing 4X creatives back — the UA masterclass This episode is brought to you by Kinoa — the AI operating system for mobile game operations: flows, live segments, in-app messages, push notifications, and A/B testing in one place, run by the operators who own the numbers.
