The world is governed by US power and a set of institutions that have largely succeeded in bringing about unparalleled peace and prosperity. The only country strong enough to tear down this Pax Americana is the US itself.

The world is governed by US power and a set of institutions that have largely succeeded in bringing about unparalleled peace and prosperity.
