I also break down what a balanced Sacral Chakra feels like, the signs of an underactive or overactive sacral, and what commonly creates stagnation I end with practical ways to support your Sacral Chakra through movement, shadow work, emotional observation, self-touch/self-pleasure, and reconnecting with the body.
