Football Coaching in India w/ Mr. Zubin Jhaveri pt.1

Ever thought how a Indian football coach operates? Even better, how they got around to coaching in the first place? Well, here we have an engineer that went into Media & Advertising, and then finally transitioned into a full-time soccer coach. As our host would say, "Mr. Zubin Jhaveri is an absolute gem, a veteran in this setup even! I look back very fondly to some of our interactions and the multiple times we got on calls(for hours!) to just talk about the game we all love, football." In this podcast, our host, Amay, will take you, our listeners into a zone where one gets to understand the intimate first-hand workings of a grassroot development personnel. Somebody who's fought multiple battles with COVID, sometimes with local authorities, sometimes even with his 'own demons,' all for the love and passion football and of course for his kids. Indian Motorsports 101 w/ Mr. Ativ Shah

Ever wondered what happens to FI drivers after a race? Ever thought you'd like to get into Motorsports, but passed on it as it was "too complex?" What about the times when you would've thought about the jobs in this industry that go beyond driving the vehicle? Did you know that 10k Engineering colleges exist in the country? Of course you knew that! But then why are we so rudimentary in our approach when it comes to Indian Motorsports? All these questions are answered by our guest, Mr. Ativ Shah, Founder of Autoguru, and a 'supreme car enthusiast', his company is creating seismic waves in the the Motorsports Industry, although a lot of work being done has been in the background of things, but now, as Ativ mentions in the pod, they will be at the forefront of the revolution that's happening in this paradigm. 'Femrev' is an initiative that aims to empower the women in this industry, and in this country is talked about, something that's very close to our guest and his people. We also speak about a huge development at Autoguru, so as to how they want to be the link to the young individuals that aspire to break into this beautiful world of cars, but for all kinds of reasons aren't able to do so... ... Dream with Your Eyes Open w/ Mr. Samrat Basu

Podcast with Neil represents everything that is right about the Indian Sports Industry, more specifically in the content sphere. In his own words he does not see money as much as he sees the value in community building, and in what's happening in this space. This accepting approach of his led to the start of a long journey and a strong association with our fellow host, Amay, they connected via Twitter and then seemingly never looked back. Mr. Samrat Basu aka Neel/Neil has many virtues some of which include working in a highly competitive corporate setup, he has also just gotten his FA Level 1 Scouting badge which in his own words is the start of something special. Podcast with Neil also happens to be the "first and the only" show on Indian Football games! Now that's something! Stoicism 101

You must ask why philosophy? Why the need to remember the wisdoms of the past? For some, even the picture of a shabby looking university professor would come to mind, but philosophy is more than that, in my opinion it's the operating system of the lives we lead. And a guide which helps us human beings to navigate further in life. This is a special one honestly, personally something that I relate to on many levels. Ever since I was introduced to the concepts of being a Stoic, I have more or less never looked back. Now in this ep, this solo pod, I try to dissect some key principles of Stoicism. Of course in the most layman's sense, I sincerely hope I do justice to the Marcus Aurelius', Ryan holiday's and the Seneca's of the world. I hope this episode serves as a piece of document for years to come...Save it, download it, because I have a feeling that you're gonna like this one.

Why Mentality Matters w/ Mr. Rahul Mathew

Amay is joined by a fellow footballer and a dear friend, Rahul Mathew. Having known each other since the first grade, they've spent countless of minutes on the pitch and have represented their school, HFS multiple number of times. More so than our dear host, Rahul Mathew dominated each and every circuit he stepped in, whether it was u12/u14/u16, Nationals you name it. He also participated in athletic meets across the country, cricket here and there as well, as Amay says, Rahul is a 'renaissance man' in the truest sporting sense. They speak about a host of topics, throw it back to the times gone by, and also look back on a cultural moment in HFS folklore where Mathew was subject to immense controversy, which also involved the school's current and legendary football coach, 'Kuki Sir.' //if you're seeing this, God bless you Sir!
