Affordable homes for Dublin 15 as LDA launches new scheme
The Land Development Agency - the State’s affordable housing delivery body - today launched 57 homes in Hollystown Dublin 15. The scheme is jointly run by the LDA and Fingal County Council, and will offer buyers the opportunity to own a home through a shared equity arrangement; or through a Help to Buy scheme 12 more houses there were acquired by the Council for social housing
