    This episode serves as an introduction to the Podcast. We talk about Roll2Heal, our non-profit organization, and what our goal is with this podcast. We showcase a little video with our President which covers what Roll2Heal is about and why Roll2Heal was started. This was originally streamed on Twitch and later posted on youtube. Audio was taken directly from the recording and posted here. We are still learning these technical aspects and hope to improve the quality as time progresses. We hope you will join us on this journey as we talk about the benefits of Table Top Role Playing Games to alleviate stressors brought on my mental health issues, such as PTSD.
