    My Story

    I am Artreice Westmoreland; the MANAGING DIRECTOR/FOUNDER of Collaboration Dynasty, LLC., Queen of Purpose Movement and the #1 Virtual Management Regulator I am the burden lifter of your daily non-essential grind.  I believe that every Focused Female Service Provider and Coach deserves the right to have free time to do more of the things they love so that she can be her best self when she is in the front of her business.…   In 2000, I graduated from my local community college with a degree in office systems technology. I filled out applications after applications and no one would hire me because I had a disability. I volunteered at local hospitals and never was hired.   In 2011, I started in the network marketing/direct sales industry, just to have something to do and make some money, but I knew that was not my complete destiny. In 2014, I went back to school for my degree in business administration, I knew then God was up to something. I received my Associate degree in business administration. By then, it was pretty much set that I was supposed to be a business owner but I didn't know what kind (remember I have a degree in office systems technology).   I am still in my network marketing company and trying several more in the process, but I still something was missing or I was supposed to be doing something greater. In 2017, I met my mentor and I hired her to help me in the sales aspect of my direct sales business not knowing God's plan. In 2018, I upgraded to a higher coaching program still under my mentor. It wasn't until April of this year, that I got hit over the head with what my purpose was and what I was supposed to be doing. I took a 30 challenge for my business and everything came together.   ALWAYS TRUST THE PROCESS, even if it doesn't make sense .....
