    В този епизод говорим за нагласата на жертва и как това пречи да изживеем пълноценно житейския си път. Гледаме на темата не през призмата на “позитивното мислене“. Говорим за дълбоките ни вътрешни убеждения спрямо живота.  Усещане за неравен старт, постоянно вентилиране на едни и същи мисловни модели и отказ да се търси алтернатива: „Все на мен се случва“, „Нямам късмет“ или „Винаги е било така“. Дуално, черно-бяло мислене - постоянно сравнение с другите, идеализиране на чуждия живот, обезценяване на собствените постижения, а също и сиблингова ревност: „На другите им се получава, на мен - не“ Убеждението, че някой ни е длъжен и очакване някой друг да компенсира вътрешния ни недостиг - „Децата са ми длъжни“, „Родителите ми са длъжни“. Отказ от лична отговорност, прехвърляне на отговорността навън, живеене в очакване, че нещо лошо ще се случи - „Нямам избор“ и „Не зависи от мен“. Усещане за постоянна борба и чувство, че трябва непрекъснато да се борим, не се справяме, не правим достатъчно, постоянно се "проваляме". Носталгия по миналото или по нещо несбъднало се  - „Ако беше станало по друг начин, тогава сега нямаше да е така“. Жертвата и агресорът не са морални категории, а две взаимозависими позиции в една и съща психологическа и релационна система. Те не съществуват изолирано - всяка от тях поддържа другата. Там, където има жертва, обикновено има и агресор.
