A safe space to improve on yourself

This is so far the best resource focused on anxious attachment I have stumbled upon. Everything I hear on the podcast is 99% relatable and is finally helping me understand many of the patterns I have been falling into in my relationships, as well as see what lies underneath my partner’s behaviours in response. Instead of victimising anxious while vilifying avoidant people, Stephanie is calmly giving us all an explanation of why we act the way we do, and giving us the tools and confidence to improve ourselves and our relationships with others.
