    29 - WTF is Dearmouring?!

    Over the past year I have honed my Tantric Embodiment practice into the deepest work I know: Dearmouring. And SO MANY of you have asked me wtf this is, so I've decided to make a longass podcast episode explaining everything - from my personal experience, to what it feels like to receive this style of bodywork, to how to practise dearmouring through meditation and dance. There are so many keys: breath, sound, movement, relaxation, non-attachment. Shadow work. Presence. Love. We'll talk about common physical body armours (sexual dysfunction and pain, weight gain distribution, chronic pain), as well as the energetics of thought/habit patterns (eg making yourself small, control, avoidance). There is also lots of discussion on plant medicines, sobriety, and Vipassana meditation. This is a discourse-style podcast, best listened to continuously and with presence.     28 - Sex "Work" vs Sacred Sex

    Two hours of me answering my Most Ask Questions lmaoo... buckle up! How did I get into the industry? What is the worker demographic - educated? Cokeheads?? Is there drama? What are the clients like? Is it safe? How do we practise safe sex?! Also I define many of the common abbreviations, so you'll be an expert by the end of this. ;) Being a sex worker in Toronto has been such a fucking wild ride - pleasurable, curious, scary at times... having something so deep in common with the girls I work with... :) It's also led to an Extreme Dissolution of my Sexual Spiritual Ego. How can you be passive and receptive to a man (and his cock), without dissociating? Dissociation is a super common trauma response, and one that's tricky to notice while you're in it. How does being sexual with clients all day affect my real-life sex drive? How much mismatch is there between the integrity-rooted work I do with clients, vs. the "hand hooking" for money? My "sexual desires" in male clients have become the opposite to those I have in my real life. ~~ This is all just one woman's opinion :D I wanted to shed some light on my 2 months' (so far!) experience in this industry in Toronto.     25 - Does Tantra Make You “Good At Sex”?

    Let’s talk about sex! My friend asked me “so you do Tantra.. you must be really good at sex, ya?” Um… no? Yes? Can a person ever be “good” or “bad” at sex lol? - What a stupid question!🙄😂 But real talk, I describe the basics of what I think makes a person “good” or “bad” at sex: stamina and drive in a man, and submission and flow and love in a woman. And these aren’t just for sex - they’re qualities of LIFE! 🌟 I talk about how Tantra got me out of the Performance Mindset, and increased my body confidence as a woman. Plus, how to love your body’s appearance in specific sex positions (doggy, cowgirl, missionary,..).😉 I also talk about how I personally flow between meditation and masturbation in my Sacred Self-Pleasure sessions, as well as how partners can flow between exploring their own body and The Other’s.🥰 Regarding polarities, I talk about how key it is for women to have a safe environment in order to submit. And how it’s so important for men to say fuck you to society’s repressing of your sexuality and be strong!     24 - Good Grief: Experiencing My Mom’s Death

    This episode is… maybe a little more depressing than most?🥴😅 But it’s something I wanna share.. mainly for those of you who want to support your friend after their loss of a parent / close family member, and don’t know how best to do so. I talk about how healing it was for me when my friends/partner held space for me to talk it through and process, and reminisce - without showering me with hasty pity. I talk about some of the long term effects on my life, now 4 years after her death. This episode, like all of mine, is straight from the heart. I finally felt ready to share a little bit of the effect of my mother’s death on me, and I’m hoping you guys enjoy listening, and are maybe opened up to a new perspective. ❤️

    23 - 365 Lessons Learned From 365 Days Of Travel

    Wow! I’ve been travelling full-time for over a YEAR now! My recent 23rd birthday passed about a month ago (woo Taurus gang!!) and OF COURSE I got a little nostalgic…😅😌. I’m exploding with gratitude for the lessons learned and have a TON to share with all of you on languages, cultures, healthcare, Tantra and how it relates to the gender binary, short term friendships. Love. The last year has taught me soso much about love, most of all love for myself and falling back in love with celebrating my own life!!😍🤩 Really enjoying it!❤️ I hope this is a helpful listen for all of you, and that everyone gains a new perspective on something that’s been interesting them. :)
