The NBA, almost one year after initial reports by investigative journalist Pablo Torre, handed down its ruling on the Clippers for their part in an elaborate salary cap circumvention scheme involving Kawhi Leonard. Those findings, made by the league and its legal outlet tasked with looking into the matter, found that the Clippers were indeed responsible for conduct unbecoming of the NBA and, in the process, handed out severe punishment to the Clippers, their front office, and their owner, Steve Ballmer.
