    Becoming Mama: Episode 19 with Sam Young!

    We recorded our penultimate episode of the season this week with the gorgeous @samandninayoung and we can’t wait for you to listen to it! We spoke all about how she became a single mum at 24 before meeting the love of her life, her sons medical misdiagnosis, her mental health along with paternal maternal health and about how having two under two is “easier” than she imagined! Her episode has just gone live on Spotify, Apple podcasts and google podcasts🎙

    Becoming Mama: Episode 18 with Nicki!

    We’re so excited to tell you that this weeks guest is the gorgeous @missnicki__ 😍She’s an all round supermama, looking after her twin boys Isaiah & Caden, working full time, managing to hit the gym and always being on top of her insta game! We loved talking to her about she juggles it all, newborn life with twins, her labour, the boys’ first day in nursery and how they climb out of their cots into her bed in the middle of the night! She also spoke about the awful statistics that black mothers in the UK are 5 times more likely to die during pregnancy and after childbirth than white women, along with her own experience of some prejudice she faced from midwives.

    This weeks guest is @sophieloutaylor 😍She’s mama to her little boy Casper, she’s a personal trainer, YouTuber and she shares her honest motherhood journey on her instagram account. Sophie spoke about her positive emergency csection exeperience, combi feeding - which for anyone who doesn’t know is when you do a combination of breast and bottle feeding, caspers reflux and what’s helped, baby sleep, what she knows now and ways she wishes she could’ve helped her friends who had babies before her along with so much more.

    Becoming Mama: Episode 16 with Annie Ramage!

    This weeks guest is the amazing mama to be @annieramage 🤰We were so glad we managed to get her on before we had her little girl and we can’t wait for you to listen to the episode. Annie was she was told she’d never be able to have children but this miracle baby has proved the doctors wrong. We spoke about the tumour she suffers from which affected her fertility, about training during pregnancy and what exercise means to her, how she’s found being pregnant during lockdown, how she’s feeling about birth and lots more.

    So excited to tell you that this weeks guest is @katiedshaw 👑 She’s mama to Mabel and Finley and she’s the mastermind behind her company @mabelsplayroom - an online subscription of play ideas for baby, toddler and beyond. We spoke about how she found having a baby before the rest of her friends did, what she wishes she knew then that she knows now, her 2 very different labours, all things playroom and the challenges she has faced with her mental health over the years
