In the past the podcast focused on interviewing people who were working towards, or had made it to financial independence. I used to enjoy that “case study” format. Currently it seems much more time is dedicated to interviewing financial media personalities, people that wrote books in the space, gurus and the like. I really don’t like the present format and subject matter. Gurus are not interesting as their opinions can already be found everywhere else. I still enjoy the hosts, who I find quite entertaining. I hope they decide to spend more time performing case studies on regular people who made it to FI, as was the case in the past.
