We journeyed out to Lake Tahoe, California at the beginning of April for WinterWonderGrass and what we found waiting there was nothing short of magickal! A feeling of community, connection, and family like no other festival we have been to. From the beautiful surroundings of the snow and mountains, to the expertly curated musical line-up, this was one for the books for sure.
We talk a bit with Scotty about some of the challenges, the wins, and some of his reasons for continuing to put it all on the line to create these experiences for the community and the artists alike. We share what we thought makes this festival stand apart from others and we get a bit of wisdom from Scotty as to how to proceed once the music and crowds have gone away.
