Great to include on a daily basis!

Excellent for starting the day with positive thoughts and a sense of awareness due to the habit of listening daily! Andy has some incredible insights that can change our perspective and reduce the amount of negative feelings around us. If you create a morning routine with this podcast + a session of meditation, then the results are even more impressive. I listen since the first episode and love it, love all the Headspace project!
