    In the near future, Cilo Cybin Holdings intends to make other acquisitions in the biotech and medical cannabis industries.The group plans to list as a special purpose acquisition vehicle (SPAC) on the AltX on June 25 and hopes to go public in the US in the coming years. The company is searching both locally and internationally for the acquisition of distribution companies and other branded products.      In the current fiscal year, the government anticipates earning over R89 billion from the general gasoline charge, which brings its total revenue over the last ten years to over R730 billion.
