    Episode 4: Mom Bods

    Episode 4: Mom Bods

On Episode 4 of 2M2F, Kim and Karen talk about mom bods and all of the wonderful, horrible, confusing and hilarious transformations that happen to a woman's body after birth. And while they both agree it's important to embrace how strong and beautiful their new bodies can sometimes feel, they are solidly out on pregnancy-induced baldness.
Then, Kim and Karen sit-down with Natalie Stechyson, Parents Editor of HuffPost Canada, to shed light on some of the harsh realities about mom bods that we don't often talk about. Plus regular segments "My Name's Not Mom" and "Unsolicited Advice."

Congrats!

Congrats Karen and Kim on your new endeavour! I think what I enjoyed the most about your podcast is how casual it is and how it was like listening in to two moms sitting around the kitchen table and chatting about being moms. Even though I am not a new mother, it brought back so many memories of when I had my daughter 25 years ago. I know times have changed a lot since then but the emotional and physical experiences still ring true. I love your podcast format and the regular segments. BTW Karen .. I so apologize for giving you the two cliche sleep advices before Miles was born :-). I am postive that your podcast will be a great success! Wishing you both all the best ... cousin Karen.

Love this

A great non-preachy, practical, and honest celebration of parenting. Kim and Karen do an amazing job of making their own experiences open and accessible. "My Name's Not Mom" and "Unsolicited Advice" are pitch-perfect segments for modern parents.

So great

Really enjoyed this...liked that it isn’t a ‘how to’ on parenting more just shared lived experiences and relatable parenting moments
