The Dollop with Dave Anthony and Gareth Reynolds

This podcast has made me laugh through my darkest times. They are comedically brilliant and seem to be genuinely good human beings all of which is reassuring in these uncertain times. Thank you for making this podcast

I’m sure they make you a lot of money but please, they’re contributing to the housing crisis and keeping regular people from being able to afford basic housing. Great show, deserve the stars but drop the baddies!!!

The story telling is weak and disjointed, constantly interrupted by jokes that 9 times out of 10 do not land. I do not recommend, there are better podcasts out there.

That’s a quote from my mom who later wanted to sit longer in the car so we could finish listening to an episode. You had her hooked! I think it’s because Dave is like my cranky older uncle (her brother) who hates everyone and Gareth is like the younger one who finds himself in situations that seem impossible to get into once yet, naively, he will somehow end up in them again. It’s like hearing stories at a dysfunctional family reunion after the little kids (and most of the booze) are gone. A good combination of delightfully entertaining and horrifying to the point that I don’t want to live in this world anymore. Somehow you found a sweet spot in there. Good on ya!
