Relatable and uplifting!

This is my go to podcast when I’m feeling like I need a boost of joy and a sense of community. It’s easy to get bogged down in daily life and pandemic parenting blues. Chris understands the nuanced challenges that women, particularly mothers, are facing and motivates us to chase our dreams while also honoring where we are at. She brings a sense of frankness, humour and lots of practical tips for improving the quality of our lives. Thank you Chris!
