    Wayback Wednesday: Stopping Alien Abductions

    It’s a View from the Bunker’s Wayback Wednesday, with another interview drawn from our archive of programs dating back to June, 2009. This week, we go back to 2010 and interview with Joe Jordan of CE4 Research Group about the truth behind “alien” abductions. First released February 7, 2010 THE WORLD is more like The X-Files than most people would like to believe. Of course, coming from Hollywood, The X-Files didn’t present the whole story behind UFOs and alien abductions. Joe Jordan is the President and co-founder of CE4 Research Group, an alien abduction investigation and research team based out of Cocoa, Florida. Joe has been a Mutual UFO Network Field Investigator since 1992. He’s been a guest speaker at six Roswell UFO Festivals in Roswell, New Mexico, including the 60th Anniversary Conference in 2007, and he hosted the official Roswell UFO Festival Conference in 2008. Joe is the co-author with David Ruffino of the book Unholy Communion: The Alien Abduction Phenomenon, Where It Originates and How It Stops. We discussed his research into the phenomenon, where the “aliens” really come from, and how contactees and experiencers can make them go away. Follow us!     Wayback Wednesday: The Family

    It’s Wayback Wednesday, with another interview drawn from our archive of programs dating back to June, 2009. This week, it’s a discussion from 2009 about an ostensibly Christian group that wields an inordinate amount of power behind the scenes in Washington, D. C., The Family. Originally released September 20, 2009 A SECRETIVE religious group that wields power in Washington, D.C. and other world capitals — sounds like the basis for Dan Brown’s next novel, but it’s real. Jeff Sharlet, author of The Family: The Secret Fundamentalism at the Heart of American Power, has been following this group for years, even living at The Family’s headquarters for a time. What he found is a group that justifies its pursuit of political power by claiming that it’s for the kingdom of God. Read Jeff’s original expose of The Family, “Jesus Plus Nothing,” at Harper’s Magazine online. Christians are taking heat for The Family from the likes of The Huffington Post and MSNBC.     These Are the Pagans in Your Neighborhood

    THE OLD GODS are asserting themselves, and their followers are trying to fulfill the demands of their patron deities. Surprisingly, you wouldn’t recognize a pagan if you bumped into one at the local dollar store. They are your friends, coworkers, and even family members. There is nothing to mark them as a practitioner of Wicca, worshiper of Odin, or ceremonial magician. Carl Teichrib, author of the highly recommended Game of Gods, has spent decades, attending meetings, and gatherings of the followers of the left hand path. He tells us that not only are these people respected members of our community, a surprisingly large number of them were formally deeply involved in Christian churches—which they left because they had questions and needs that went unanswered.     Is God a Zionist?

    Since October 7, 2023, an element of Christianity has emerged and is growing that holds Israel, and Jews generally, responsible for much of the evil in this world.     Jew-hatred in the Church

    The church needs to figure out what to do about Israel. Since the second century, a wedge has been driven between Christians and Jews. Sadly, Christians have often been guilty of pouring gasoline on this long–smoldering fire. It happened again after the massacre committed by Hamas on October 7, 2023. Our guest, Ran Silberman, is a messianic Jew and a professional tour guide in Israel. He can speak to the subject of Jew hatred in the church from a unique perspective—not only is he a Christian living in Israel, but he is also a Jew. He explains that the church has a long, shameful history of demonizing Jews, one that must be confronted in this hour.
