I’m in love with this podcast

Honestly, the raw vulnerability is incredible. I’ve just started season two and I can’t say enough good things about it. I’m a psychotherapist and I listen to beautiful, brutal stories of life and struggle every day, and Alex has had me in tears on more than one occasion. What an incredibly brave, funny, awesome human being. I hope he never stops allowing us a window into his life. You’re changing lives, Alex. Mine included. Keep it up.

The only podcast I’ve listen to every episode of. Very personal and moving and honest. The discipline of Alex and some guests is inspiring. Looking forward to the book.
