Interviews with Quilty Celebrities

Pat Sloan IS a quilting celebrity herself, and on each episode she interviews those who have written books, designed fabric or done something else to improve the lives of us quilters. Some episodes also feature staff from American Patchwork and Quilting Magazine, who offer quilting tips and tricks.

I would have given a rating of 5 except for two technical annoyances. First, the interviews are done remotely, and whatever system is used results in a delay after the person speaks. This leads to Pat and the person she interviews speaking over each other. A professional podcast should have the equipment / software setup needed to avoid this. Second, the show has commercials which play at a substantially louder volume than the show itself. I hope that's not intentional!

Just discovered your podcast.I listen to these while in my quilting room.So interesting and inspirational. It's like having friends chat while you work.Makes me want to try all the technics and patterns you talk about.I'm also an avid reader and have even found fiction books by authors you have talked to.My only issue with all podcasts is people talk so fast that my brain has to adjust to keep up.So maybe this is brain exercise while I sew.
Keeps me returning to my sewing daily to create.
House work can wait!

Love, love, love the podcast! I found your podcast a few weeks ago and listen to it on the way to and from work. I have a 30 minute drive each way which means I get to listen to one episode each day. Too bad you don't have a new one each day. This podcast is a must for any quilter! I love the interviews and check out the guests websites and their blogs. Thanks for creating such a great podcast! I can't wait for tomorrow's drive to work,
